How are financial arrangements handled?

A predetermined fee is charged for each type of procedure, thus providing a reasonably accurate estimate of your cost in advance.

The fee for the Surgery Center, the surgeon, and the anesthesiologist are separate. You will also receive a separate bill for any lab testing or radiology requests.

You will be asked to pay deductibles, estimated co-insurance and/or copays on or before the day of your surgery. You will be notified via text message by our business office of the estimated out of pocket amount due.

Uninsured and/or cash patients will be required to pay for services the day of surgery. We accept cash, checks, all major credit/debit cards and Care Credit. Should the event arise that complete payment of an account cannot be made in full then please contact our business office at (865) 909-4949 for assistance.
